Hangar One

Hangar one Logo.png

Hangar One's structure was originally two blister hangars erected in 1941 to house Tiger Moth aircraft used to train RAF pilots during World War II. The Hangar was used to house aircraft and later helicopters until December 2000, when the renovation project began to convert the Hangar into a function space.

Hangar One opened its doors in the summer of 2001 and since then has hosted over 500 events.

Hangar One offers a unique venue for all manner of events from Wedding Receptions, Awards Nights and Charity Balls to Product Launches, Exhibitions and Conferences.

Hangar One is a self contained venue complete with its own large kitchen, private bar and toilet facilities, as well as ample free parking. The venue is fully carpeted and the floor can withstand the weight of forklifts, trucks, cars, aircraft etc.

The venue can comfortably accommodate up to 500 people for a dinner event or conference.
